Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented

Field Printer Technician

to install, service, and troubleshoot printers at client locations. The role involves regular field visits, printer maintenance, and ensuring minimum downtime of devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and repair various types of printers (Dot Matrix, Thermal, Laser, and Label Printers). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and peripherals. Diagnose hardware issues and replace faulty parts such as print heads, ribbons, cartridges, rollers, etc. Coordinate with the service coordinator for call assignments and closures. Maintain service records and report daily activities. Provide onsite support for breakdowns and ensure timely resolution. Maintain tools, spares, and consumables for field service. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of printer hardware and troubleshooting. Familiarity with POS, Thermal, and Dot Matrix printers (TVS-E). Ability to handle tools and perform minor electrical repairs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must have a

bike and valid driving license

for field visits.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?18,563.79 - ?20,826.94 per month
