Printer Specialist
Job Description
Responsibilities: As a Printer Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our clients\' printing infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving printer hardware issues - Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of printers wherever required. - Installing, configuring, and upgrading printers and related equipment as per the calls. - Collaborating with clients to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest printer technologies and industry trends Requirements: To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Printer Engineer - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various printer models and brands (HP Printer knowledge is must) - Solid understanding of printer technology and its working. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel
