Job Summary

We are looking for a

Printing In-Charge

to manage and support

DTF (Direct to Film)

and

Sublimation printing

operations for our clothing production. Freshers with

strong dedication, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn

are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and assist in

DTF and Sublimation printing machines

Prepare print files and ensure correct color matching and print quality Monitor daily printing schedules and meet production targets Handle fabric, films, inks, papers, and printing materials properly Perform basic machine setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance Identify and report printing defects or technical issues Coordinate with design, cutting, and production teams Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area Keep records of print output, wastage, and material usage Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines
Requirements & Skills

Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of garment printing Willingness to learn DTF and Sublimation printing processes Attention to detail and quality Basic understanding of colors, fabrics, and printing concepts (preferred) Ability to work under deadlines and production pressure Team player with a responsible and disciplined approach Physically fit to handle printing tasks and materials
Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience or training in

DTF / Sublimation / Digital Printing

Basic computer knowledge (for handling print files) Interest in garment manufacturing and printing technology Freshers may also contact. (only who are willing to learn should contact)
