Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of printers (Inkjet, LaserJet, Dot Matrix, MFPs)

Diagnose and repair printer hardware and connectivity issues

Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing

Replace parts like rollers, fusers, cartridges, print heads, etc.

Provide on-site and remote support to clients for printer issues

Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for parts and warranty support

Maintain service records and update maintenance logs

Support in setting up network printers and managing print servers

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Hardware, or related field

1-4 years of experience in printer servicing or hardware support

Hands-on experience with HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, and other brands

Familiarity with basic networking and printer sharing

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to travel to client locations for support (if required)
