We are seeking an experienced

Printer Engineer

to install, maintain, and repair various types of printers and multifunction devices, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers and MFDs Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laser and inkjet printers Handle printer networking, IP configuration, and driver installation Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing Troubleshoot paper jams, print quality issues, and error codes Replace spare parts such as rollers, fusers, cartridges, and drums Coordinate with clients and provide on-site support Maintain service reports and job documentation

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field 1-3 years of experience as a Printer Engineer or similar role Hands-on experience with brands like HP, Canon, Ricoh, Brother, etc. Good understanding of printer hardware and networking Ability to work independently and manage field service calls

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MFDs and high-volume printers Knowledge of AMC and customer service processes Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
