. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for PCB sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
sales/business development
(PCB/Electronics industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of PCB and electronic components will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
