Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative

Print Designer

with 3 to 5 years of experience in the

garment export industry

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Adobe Illustrator

and be capable of developing innovative, market-relevant print designs tailored to international fashion markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

original textile and surface prints

(all-over prints, placements, engineered designs, etc.) for various apparel categories. Translate design briefs and trend inspirations into commercial print designs suitable for global markets. Create and manage

repeat patterns

, colorways, and print mock-ups using

Adobe Illustrator

. Collaborate with the merchandising and sampling teams to ensure design feasibility for production. Stay updated with

fashion trends

, color forecasts, and buyer-specific requirements. Prepare

print files for sampling and bulk production

, ensuring all technical specs and formats are met. Work closely with fabric sourcing and printing vendors to ensure print quality and accuracy. Maintain and organize print archives and design references for future use.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience

as a Print Designer in a garments export house or similar environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

is mandatory. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Strong understanding of fabric types, printing techniques, and garment construction. Excellent sense of color, trend awareness, and attention to detail. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous):

Experience working with international buyers or export clients. Knowledge of other design software such as Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW. Understanding of sustainable or digital printing methods.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
