Graduate with B.Tech or B.E CSE or IT Primary / Mandatory skills: Overall \xe2\x80\x93 13 to 18 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Test Management Activities with minimum 5+ years of experience on Salesforce CRM application with different clouds like Sales, Service and Marketing with a strong functional knowledge with LWC components.

Expertise in Test Strategy, Planning, Estimation and Analysis
Assist in Test case reviews/approval
Expertise in QA Test management experience covering Functional and Non-Functional testing and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
Compliance to Test Process 100% majorly in test and defect Management
Should have exposure to Sales/Service/CLM/Marketing Cloud and R&A testing
Expertise in CRM, Order Management, Charging, Billing & Automation
Experience on ADO implementation, Pipelines, work items and Test Plan
Co-ordinate with teams supporting various technologies to deliver a complete solution to the business stakeholders
Knowledge on SOQL and SOSL
Knowledge on Advanced concepts testing in salesforce platform is an added advantage.
Knowledge on API Testing
Expertise in preparing daily status reports/dashboards to Management
Decision maker in Entry and Exit of internal /development Testing stages
Should be able to Co-ordinate proactively with Testing Team, Dev Leads & Other Members
Expertise in Risk Identification & analysis
Proven expertise in Agile software development especially Scrum and Kanban
Experience in Telecom Industry/ Ecommerce Application is added advantage
Good to have experience with GUI & API Automation using Java
Exposure to Katalon, Selenium WebDriver with BDD, TDD frameworks
Good to have Rest API testing using Postman/SOAP UI
Technical Skills: Test and Defect Management tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Reporting tools Selenium, JAVA, Maven, JMeter, ELK, Eclipse, Bitbucket, JIRA, Katalon etc, JavaScript. Additional information (if any): Willing to work in Shift Duties, Willingness to learn is very important as AT&T offers excellent environment to learn Digital Transformation skills such as cloud etc. Certification: Salesforce Administrator (Good to have)
