Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect (SM) with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Principal Architect will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex architectural solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards. Oversee the implementation of architectural frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables. Conduct thorough technical assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain architectural documentation including design specifications diagrams and guidelines. Ensure the scalability performance and security of architectural solutions. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the organization. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Work closely with product managers to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs. Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and other departments. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making. Contribute to the development of technical standards and policies to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of architectural principles and best practices. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable high-performance systems. Have a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Exhibit a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Hold relevant certifications in architecture or related fields.
