Job summary

A Venafi certificate automation job description requires a PKI engineer or security professional to use the Venafi Trust Protection Platform (TPP) to automate the certificate lifecycle by configuring drivers Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) approvals renewals and revocations.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining certificate inventories developing automation scripts (e.g. with Ansible) for deployment and renewal integrating Venafi with other systems providing technical support and ensuring compliance with security policies. The role also involves providing guidance on security best practices and managing integrations within complex hybrid environments.


Operational support for Certificate Life-cycle management activities using Venafi for both internal and external certificates.
