This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key people involved in defining and governing marketing technology/Internal digital platforms and developing roadmaps across the organisation. Following the acquisition of Refinitiv, LSEG now has multiple technologies and platforms for digital properties. As part of the Corporate Technology Architecture team, your role is to guide, advise, and recommend how our digital world evolves over the coming years and migrates toward strategic platforms. We are looking for someone with many years of working in digital and marketing technologies as an Architect, especially Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Data Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, Eloqua, SharePoint, and other key Marketing Technologies. We will be especially interested in architects with experience in managing marketing platforms and internal digital applications. The right candidate will have good communication skills with knowledge of Digital and Marketing technologies to interact successfully with their business stakeholders and provide Technical Leadership. Key Responsibilities: Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams. Provide strategic mentorship and direction to internal teams for maximising their digital marketing effectiveness Contribute to Employees\' & Customers\' digital strategies based on industry best practices Ensure all architects working in the domain understand the architecture principles, policies, and standards to produce function-specific reference architectures and solutions, and ensure all architects working in the domain adhere to these Manage relationships with members of Corporate Technology leadership to influence the adoption of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, standards and policies Maximise relationships with vendors, regulators and industry bodies to seek and adopt industry standard methodologies in enterprise architecture and technology strategy Act as a trusted advisor and leader across the wider LSEG Technology. To be the lead architect for Employee Experience (EX) and MarTech Solutions. To work with other architects to define the end-to-end solution & design covering all involved systems, data, integration, security and non-functional requirements.This will be captured in a Solution Architect document. To take the Solution design through relevant governance forums so that they can be implemented in line with LSEG processes Ensure all solutions follow Corporate Technology and enterprise solution standards, align with the overall roadmap, have good quality documentation, and follow all relevant governance steps Drive and establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for key strategic platforms in the domain, e.g. Microsoft SharePoint and Viva, CDP, and Eloqua. Key relationships and committees: Strong relationships with broader Corporate Technology team, other Technology teams covering Enterprise Architecture team, security, networking, End User Compute and Cloud and business stakeholders in corporate business functions, e.g., Marketing, Internal Comms, Security, User Experience, SEO, Analytics, Personalisation, Risk & Compliance Critical Deliverables: Deliver an effective architecture covering Employee Experience and MarTech that complements the overall Corporate Technology Architecture and the central architecture strategy All Solution Architecture deliverables for the domain are delivered in a timely manner, to a high standard and follow appropriate governance with a 100% audit trail Implement Corporate Technology aligned domain-based Governance Functions that feed into the Corporate Technology Architecture Review Board framework whilst enabling agile and rapid delivery of technology in line with business goals, risk and control appetite Support the implementation of an architectural strategy for Corporate Technology that enables transparent and action-orientated collaboration across all of CT, in order to provide clear and quick decisions to downstream teams A fully articulated Solution Architecture Document that includes details on end-to-solution from a conceptual, logical and physical level Gathering approvals for the solution architecture through the LSEG Governance processes N.B. The role holder will be Accountable for the delivery of this document but is expected to work with Subject Matter Experts to complete sections outside the role holder\'s expertise. Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Cloud and Security Detailed knowledge of operational, delivery management (including experience in a variety of delivery methodologies), business development and strategy and organisational transformation programmes Experienced in architecting, delivering and supporting of following: Microsoft SharePoint and Teams Microsoft Viva Microsoft Azure Active Directory Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) Adobe Experience Cloud Adobe Audience Manager Digital and Marketing Technologies Cloud platforms like AWS and Azure Expertise and understanding in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, WCM, ReactJS, AngularJS, headless CMS, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting Expertise and understanding of end-to-end DevOps tools and processes Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalisation, cross-channel marketing, mobile, data-driven optimisation of experiences On-premise to Cloud migration projects Integration projects as a result of corporate acquisitions & mergers Onboarding SaaS solutions System integrations in application, data and network architecture domains Appreciation of InfoSec practices as applied in a regulated environment Strong technical acumen Leadership and management experience: Strong leadership skills in managing individuals and leading high-performing teams. Experience in defining strategic goals for functions and systems for measuring goal attainment. Experience providing technical leadership in managing complex transformations areas Finding opportunities to partner with external Technology organisations, developing the approach and negotiating terms Experience in establishing Architecture in an Agile culture Leadership and management experience at Senior Manager or equivalent level in a global environment Personal capabilities and capabilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly Ability to influence across multiple functions (technical and non-technical) Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines To quickly build up a working knowledge of applications by working with others and reading up on new applications A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset. Many projects will involve applications unfamiliar to the role holder.
