Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Provide visionary leadership and direction for the school to ensure the achievement of academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective teaching and learning.
Supervise and support faculty and staff to foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance culture.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school, addressing any challenges as they arise.
Academic Excellence:
Oversee curriculum development and implementation to ensure high-quality teaching and student performance.
Monitor student academic progress through regular assessments and ensure that interventions are in place for students who need additional support.
Promote the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Staff Development & Mentorship:
Hire, train, and mentor teachers and staff members, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and foster personal growth among staff members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for teachers and support staff, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Student Welfare & Discipline:
Ensure that a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment is maintained for all students.
Address student discipline issues in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and respectful school culture.
Promote co-curricular and extracurricular activities to ensure holistic development of students.
Parental and Community Engagement:
Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader school community.
Organize regular parent-teacher meetings and school events to engage with parents and ensure they are kept informed about their children's academic progress.
Represent the school at various community events, promoting the school's vision and fostering partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
Administrative & Financial Oversight:
Oversee school budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the effective use of funds.
Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, standards, and policies.
Manage school operations, including scheduling, student admissions, and maintaining school records.
Requirements:
Minimum of

in a leadership role within an educational institution.

Proven leadership and team management skills.
