Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Vision

: Setting academic goals, creating a positive school climate, and ensuring alignment with educational standards and the school's mission.

Curriculum & Instruction

: Developing, implementing, and overseeing curriculum, observing teachers, and supporting professional development.

Staff Management

: Supervising, evaluating, and motivating teachers and support staff.

Student Welfare

: Managing discipline, ensuring student safety, providing guidance, and handling behavioral issues.

Operations & Finance

: Overseeing budgets, facility maintenance, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Communication

: Liaising with parents, the school board, and the community; addressing concerns and reporting progress.

Essential Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Organizational and time-management expertise. A deep understanding of educational best practices.

Educational qualifications:

Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.):

Often preferred a Ph.D. candidate, having degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Master's Degree:

First class in full-time B.Tech and M.Tech from a recognized university is crucial in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Teaching/Research/Industry Experience:

Minimum 14-15 years, with significant time (9-10 years) at Professor or Associate Professor level.

Publications & Research:

Strong record of research papers (SCI/UGC/AICTE journals), patents, or IPR is highly valued.

Eminence:

Recognized as an eminent person in their field.

Retirement Age

: 65 years

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
