Position Overview
The Principal serves as the academic and administrative head of the institution, responsible for providing visionary leadership, ensuring high academic standards, fostering holistic student development, and managing day-to-day school operations. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Formulate and implement the school's vision, mission, and long-term strategic plans.
Lead faculty and staff in achieving institutional goals and maintaining excellence in academics, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.
Oversee curriculum planning, quality of instruction, and student performance improvement initiatives.
Academic Oversight
Ensure implementation of updated teaching methodologies and modern pedagogical practices.
Conduct periodic review of academic performance, setting high benchmarks for faculty and students.
Organize professional development programs for teachers to maintain teaching standards.
Administration & Operations
Supervise school operations, budgeting, infrastructure, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with educational board requirements, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain discipline among staff and students while fostering an inclusive and positive environment.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with parents, alumni, and the community to strengthen institutional reputation.
Address concerns from stakeholders promptly while maintaining transparency and accountability.
Represent the school at external events, conferences, and inspections.
Staff Development & Evaluation
Recruit, train, mentor, and appraise faculty and administrative staff.
Encourage collaboration, team spirit, and leadership within the teaching staff.
Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback.
Financial & Resource Management
Oversee fee structures, collections, and fund utilization in coordination with the finance department.
Plan resource allocation efficiently to balance quality and cost-effectiveness.
