Job Title: Principal / Vice-Principal

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school.

Ensure adherence to the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.

Mentor and support teaching staff, fostering professional growth.

Implement policies and initiatives to enhance student performance and school reputation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in educational leadership roles.

In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum.

Mandatory B.Ed. degree.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
