Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodologies, assessments, and academic outcomes.
Promote innovative teaching practices and continuous improvement.
Administration & Management
Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules.
Ensure proper maintenance of school records, documents, and reports.
Coordinate with trustees/management for policy implementation.
Staff Management & Development
Recruit, supervise, evaluate, and guide teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.
Maintain discipline, professional ethics, and staff accountability.
Recommend promotions, increments, or disciplinary actions when required.
Parent & Community Relations
Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings and school events.
Represent the school in community programs, meetings, and educational forums.
Reporting & Accountability
Submit regular reports to management/trust regarding academics, discipline, and administration.
Act as the official representative and head of the institution.
