In this role, you will The Principal UX Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and quality of our products. They will act as mentor to others and influence the strategic vision of our products. They lead and oversee advanced user research initiatives and projects. Overseeing product areas and initives to ensure high quality and alignment with the strategic vision of our products. Creating UX documentation, guides and educational content to help others understand patterns and connected interactions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers. Conduct advanced user research initiatives. Translate research findings into actionable design strategies and solutions. Define and maintain the design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across our products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and leadership. What You Will Bring 5+ years of practical experience in UX or a related field. Bachelor s or Master s degree in UX design, interaction design, humancomputer interaction (HCI), cognitive psychology, graphic design, or a related discipline. Portfolio including coursework, freelance work or personal projects. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align UX design efforts with business objectives, product roadmaps, and long-term vision. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Skills And Capabilities Required Extended understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and a commitment to designing inclusive digital experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Passion for mentoring and developing design talent. Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
