Job Description

Principal:

Lead and manage the day to operations of the allotted center. Be responsible for growing and achieving student enrollments as per set targets for each center and grow the centers profitably. Ensure maximum student enrollments at the center. Implements Vision of LeapStep. Ensures implementation of policies and procedures as framed by LeapStepTo Recruit and Train teachers. Assist the Territory Manager in managing the operations. Ensure implementation of the syllabus as per guidelines in the planner. To be trained in all school and teaching methods. Observe classroom teaching and provide feedback and guidance to teachers. Respond to queries from parents regarding the curriculum and school discipline. Be responsible for the day to operations and functions related to the operations like HR, Admin, Accounts, IT etc. Submit Report of the school's performance and potential for improvement.
