Key Requirements

Academic Qualification:

Master's Degree (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., etc.) with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. A Master's in Education (M.Ed.) is often preferred or required.

Teaching Qualification:

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.).

Experience:

Significant experience in teaching, often 10-15 years in Secondary/Senior Secondary schools. Experience in administrative roles (e.g., Vice-Principal, Headmaster) is crucial, typically 3-5 years.

Other Skills:

Strong leadership, management, and communication skills (English/Hindi proficiency). In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum, policies, and regulations.
