Job Description

We are looking for a

passionate, confident, and caring Principal

to lead our pre-primary school and nurture a safe, joyful, and high-quality early learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day school operations Mentor and support teachers and helpers Ensure child-centric, age-appropriate teaching practices Maintain strong communication with parents Oversee admissions, academics, and classroom quality Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline across the school Coordinate with management/society members
Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Post-Graduate (Education preferred) Minimum

2-5 years experience

in pre-primary / early childhood education Strong

English communication skills

Leadership and people-management ability Warm, patient, and child-focused approach administrative and documentation skills
