We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic

Principal who can also teach subject(s) of their choice to students from Grade 1 to Grade 9 based on the school's class allocation

.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, events, and training sessions. Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school. Teach subject(s) of choice to students from

Grade 1 to Grade 9

as per the school's class allocation and

CBSE curriculum

. Mentor and guide teachers to maintain high teaching standards and a positive learning culture. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging school environment that supports holistic student development. Communicate effectively with

students, parents, teachers, and management

to support academic progress and address concerns. Oversee classroom discipline, student performance, and teacher coordination. Organize and participate in school events, academic planning, training programs, and parent-teacher meetings.

Requirements:

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) - Mandatory

Strong passion for

language education, teaching, and school leadership

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

. Ability to teach one or more subjects confidently across

Grades 1-9

. Prior teaching or leadership experience preferred (but enthusiastic and capable freshers may apply). Ability to work collaboratively with staff and build positive relationships with parents. Commitment to continuous professional development.
