Job Description

The Principal will act as the academic ,marketing and administrative head of the campus, responsible for ensuring excellence in teaching, student outcomes, faculty performance, operational discipline, counselling parents for admissions and parent satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and a strategic mindset with a deep understanding of competitive exam pedagogy.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership

Oversee planning and execution of academic schedules, test plans, revision programs, and mentoring systems. Ensure alignment of teaching standards with Kota's Vibrant Academy pedagogy and academic methodology. Conduct regular faculty training sessions, classroom observations, and feedback reviews.

Student Performance Management

Monitor student learning progress through data-based performance analytics. Ensure timely academic interventions, doubt sessions, and personalised mentoring support. Maintain a focused and disciplined academic environment that drives superior results.

Team & Faculty Management

Lead and manage faculty teams for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Commerce & English. Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and retain high-performing faculty and academic coordinators. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and student-centric outcomes.

Parent Interaction & Communication

Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings, counseling sessions, and performance review discussions. Address parent concerns with clarity, empathy, and transparency. Represent the institution and uphold its values in all stakeholder engagements.

Operations,Marketing & Administration

Ensure smooth execution of daily campus operations including attendance, discipline, safety, and compliance. Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and management teams to support enrollment targets and brand growth. Maintain records, academic documentation, schedules, circulars, and official reporting as required.

Pay: ₹26,610.28 - ₹107,189.48 per month
