Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
Oversee the development and execution of a transformative, interdisciplinary curriculum.
Inspire a culture of inquiry-based, experiential learning that prepares students for future careers.
Drive innovation in pedagogy while ensuring academic rigor and student engagement.
Student Development & Wellness
Lead a campus-wide psychometric profiling initiative to tailor student development plans.
Facilitate workshops on self-awareness, personality development, and career mapping.
Support students in understanding their emotional landscape, learning styles, and motivations.
Faculty & Team Management
Recruit, develop, and lead a diverse team of educators, creative mentors, and counselors.
Promote a growth mindset among staff through mentorship, training, and regular feedback.
Build a collaborative, purpose-driven culture focused on student outcomes.
Campus Life & Community Engagement
Foster a safe, inclusive, and creatively stimulating learning environment.
Engage parents as partners through PTMs, communications, and development workshops.
Organize student exhibitions, talent showcases, and leadership events that reflect student growth.
Operational Excellence
Manage day-to-day campus operations, compliance, and communication with central leadership.
Monitor academic records, student dashboards, and performance metrics.
Contribute to institutional strategy and align campus initiatives with IACG's long-term vision.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in academic leadership, counseling, or student development roles.
Demonstrated experience working with students aged 16-18.
Deep understanding of adolescent psychology, learning behaviors, and emotional development.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to or experience in creative education (e.g., Design, Animation, Fashion, Film).
Certified in psychometric testing, emotional intelligence training, or career counseling.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is advantageous.
Passionate about mentoring for global readiness, including international education standards (e.g., IELTS).
