Administrative Management
Ensure efficient day-to-day school operations including timetabling, scheduling, and compliance.
Monitor infrastructure needs, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Maintain school accreditations and liaise with education boards and regulatory authorities.
Staff Supervision & Development
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct professional development sessions and foster a growth-oriented work culture.
Implement teacher appraisal systems and support goal-setting.
Student & Parent Engagement
Promote a student-centric environment ensuring academic, emotional, and social development.
Address disciplinary issues firmly and fairly.
Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, newsletters, and events.
Community & Stakeholder Relations
Represent the school at external forums and community events.
Build partnerships with other schools, institutions, and vendors to enhance learning opportunities.
Support marketing and admissions initiatives through school tours and promotional events.
