45 to 52 years

Experience:

Minimum 5

years of experience

as a

Principal

in a reputed

CBSE-affiliated school

with at least

1000+ student strength.

Education:

Postgraduate degree with B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory); additional leadership or administrative certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote a student-centric learning environment that encourages innovation and creativity Provide strategic leadership and overall academic and administrative management of the school Ensure CBSE compliance and uphold academic excellence and discipline Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Maintain effective communication with parents, faculty, and management Manage school operations, budgeting, infrastructure planning, and safety protocols

Essentials:

Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of CBSE norms and affiliation procedures Proficiency in academic planning, staff development, and digital learning tools Track record in student performance improvement, staff retention, and stakeholder satisfaction
