Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

Guide and motivate students to focus on academic excellence and personal growth. Foster a learning environment that encourages discipline, responsibility, and creativity. Ensure high-quality curriculum delivery and continuous improvement of teaching standards.
Student Development

Actively encourage students to develop strong study habits, focus on learning, and participate in both academic and extracurricular activities. Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive campus atmosphere. Implement mentoring and support systems for student well-being and performance.
Campus Management

Oversee daily operations of the campus, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Supervise staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support where necessary. Maintain discipline, order, and effective communication among faculty, staff, and students.
Administration & Compliance

Ensure compliance with academic boards, institutional policies, and regulatory standards. Monitor admissions, examinations, attendance, and campus records with accuracy. Assist management in resource planning, infrastructure development, and budget utilization.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders to support institutional growth. Represent the campus professionally at academic, cultural, and community events.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's Degree in Education / relevant field (PhD preferred). Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as Principal/Vice-Principal/Head in a reputed institution. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire students and faculty while maintaining discipline and order. Knowledge of modern teaching methods, digital learning tools, and institutional management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
