Role Overview:
We are seeking a
highly qualified and dynamic Principal
to lead our school with a strong vision for academic excellence, faculty development, and student growth. The Principal will be responsible for the overall administration, curriculum implementation, staff management, and fostering a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and adherence to CBSE guidelines.
Ensure high academic standards through innovative teaching methodologies and assessments.
Encourage faculty development through workshops, training, and mentorship programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among students and staff.
School Administration:
Supervise day-to-day school operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Develop and implement school policies, guidelines, and disciplinary measures.
Maintain compliance with educational regulations and CBSE board requirements.
Oversee admissions, student enrollment, and parent communication.
Staff & Student Development:
Lead, motivate, and manage the teaching and non-teaching staff.
Monitor teacher performance, conduct evaluations, and provide necessary support.
Promote a student-centered learning environment with extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
Encourage student discipline, ethics, and leadership development.
Parental & Community Engagement:
Maintain strong communication with parents through meetings, reports, and events.
Build partnerships with educational organizations, government bodies, and community leaders.
Organize school events, celebrations, and student welfare programs.
Financial & Resource Management:
Manage the school budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Plan infrastructure development and technology integration in classrooms.
Oversee fundraising and sponsorship initiatives for school improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
B.Ed. and additional certifications in school administration are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years
of experience in teaching and school administration.
Prior experience as a
Principal or Vice Principal
in a reputed CBSE school is preferred.

Proficiency in handling CBSE academic policies and regulations.
