GE Healthcare is looking for a seasoned strategic data analytics program management leader with hands on experience in managing the large-scale transformation programs, operations and support. As a Principal technical program manager, you will own and lead the program to envision, develop and execute strategy partnering with multiple technical, product, platform, data analytics development and business teams for the successful delivery and retiring the current solutions and technologies. Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: You will be responsible for managing the highly cross disciplined data and analytics programs that would span across multiple organizations, stakeholders (internal and external), tools and technologies. Defining and executing the programs, communication strategy and operational plans, tracking and monitoring critical key metrics, ensure scope is delivered on time and on budget managing risks and priorities. Leverages deep technology, process, and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within a program working with multiple technical, product and project teams. Roles and Responsibilities Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification. Driving entire planning and ownership of User testing, Post Go-live support, change management, resource planning, communication and building next level if insights, reports and dashboard once the transition is completed for current products. Own the retirement planning and decommissioning of the existing legacy technology, sustain the solutions and support business needs while transformation is in progress. Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation. Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work. Lead the communication to the stakeholders and benefit story and continuous measurement of the user adoption of solution and value of data and insights provided. Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision. Manage the users and outbound data planning in new system for the seamless user transition. Lead discussions and decisions on to maximize the benefits of enterprise data catalog, data as a service & Artificial Intelligence-Machine Learning. You will effectively monitor and control costs as part of architecture development and ongoing governance for cost effective transformation. Business data domain includes one or more of financials, Services, supply sourcing, Travel, Treasury, commercial and customer. Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA - Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or \'STEM\' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 12 years of work experience or Master\'s degree with minimum 10 years of work experience. Working experience in the Digital Technology & Program Management in the area data and analytics domain (6+ years) or equivalent technologies Working experience in managing program delivery in Big Data, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics or related areas Desired Characteristics Demonstrable skill of delivering analytics in modern data architecture (Massively Parallel Processing Database Platforms and Semantic Modelling) Demonstrable knowledge of ETL and ELT patterns and when to use either one. Understands data quality and solves for application-level needs DaaS, Data management tools / solutions. GB/BB/Lean- Able to use tools (analytics, Six Sigma, Lean) and techniques to drive change Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum ore similar methodologies. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Multi-Tier Architecture Leadership Attributes - Proactively learning new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends, Identifies the customer\'s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product., Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions Leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals. Influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization. Self-starter, Team player , Analytical and problem-solving skills and change oriented - a ctively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes as per that.
