Financial Record Keeping org within Digital Acceleration will own tier one services which manage Financial Record Keeping for all Digital Businesses. This team is chartered to build next generation financial product that standardizes record keeping across digital businesses. In 2025, this team owns multiple s-team and VP+ goals
We are looking for an exceptional Principal Tech Program Manager, who has the passion for working on challenging problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and solid program management skills to build, manage and develop a highly-complex technical programs spanning across multiple VP organizations. Strong judgment and communication skills, long term technical vision, and continuous focus on engineering and operational excellence are essential for the success in this role.
Key job responsibilities
1. Product Vision: Define and align the product vision with business goals, leveraging industry knowledge to ensure the product stays current.
2. Strategy, Roadmap, and Requirements: Develop the product roadmap, prioritize releases, translate customer needs into requirements, and deliver in a consistent cadence.
3. Execution: Ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle from concept to launch, advocating for your area of focus.
4. Adoption: Plan and coordinate product launches across teams, delivering necessary materials and communications.
5. Project Management: Define plans to achieve the product vision and business results. Coordinate activities into releases, working closely with engineering in an agile environment. Manage schedules, risks, and trade-offs.
6. Communications: Facilitate meetings, deliver appropriate messaging to leadership, capture key decisions, and manage effective communication to stakeholders using company protocols.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
