Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients' success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop effective, consultative, and professional relationships. By asking the right questions to understand each role and leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers create bespoke sourcing strategies and use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.



As brand ambassadors, they bring opportunities to life for candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager.



A

Principal Talent Sourcer

is a subject matter expert in recruitment and sourcing, confidently partnering with senior stakeholders to understand complex hiring needs and developing strategies to engage passive talent across specialist disciplines.

Key Accountabilities






Source and deliver high-quality candidates for Tech roles (Information Security, BI, Tech Analysts, AR/AP, Travel & Expense) and Clinical/CRO roles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using talent intelligence and market insights. Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations. Engage confidently with stakeholders and propose creative solutions for competitive talent markets. Provide accurate candidate shortlists and act as a trusted advisor in recruitment discussions. Mentor junior sourcers and lead problem-solving sessions. Strong experience in Tech sourcing with exposure to Clinical/Pharma hiring; candidates from Clinical industry who have worked on Tech roles are highly preferred. Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray search, talent mapping, and market intelligence.

Skills & Experience



7+ years of experience in similar domain setup. Strong stakeholder management skills. Highly proficient in maintaining and tracking large volumes of data. Open to work in a Hybrid setup (preferably Pune, Delhi, or Hyderabad). Energetic, proactive, and demonstrates task ownership with strong relationship-building skills for long-term success.
