Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic, visionary, and hands-on Principal

who can independently manage the

academic, administrative, and operational functioning

of the school. The ideal candidate will be a

leader, mentor, and strategist

, capable of shaping the school's growth, ensuring academic excellence, and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

Ensure

high-quality teaching standards

across all classes. Guide teachers in

lesson planning, pedagogy, and student-centric learning.

Introduce innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and

holistic education practices.

Monitor student performance and implement

effective remedial strategies.

Administration & Operations

Independently manage

day-to-day operations of the school.

Handle

staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.

Ensure proper implementation of

CBSE norms

and compliance with education policies. Maintain discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of the school. Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.

Vision & Strategy

Drive the

school's long-term vision

and establish it as a center of excellence. Develop strategies for

academic growth.

Organize co-curricular activities and events. Act as the

face of the school

with parents, stakeholders, and external agencies.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's Degree in Science(preferred)/ Arts or related field. B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory.

Minimum 10 years of teaching experience

with at least 3-5 years in an administrative role. Strong command over

school administration, academics, and policy implementation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle

multi-dimensional responsibilities independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
