Role and Responsibilities:Python Test Framework Development and Maintenance
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and efficient Python frameworks and applications.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Python codebases to enhance functionality and maintainability.
Lead development efforts by coordinating and collaborating with teams located in different geographic regions.
Facilitate communication and alignment between distributed teams to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
Mentor Team members and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with project.
Participate/Drive architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy and decision-making.
Create and maintain clear documentation for developed frameworks and processes.
Provide regular progress updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.
Stay updated with emerging Python technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Recommend innovative solutions to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in Python development, especially in building and maintaining frameworks.
Strong understanding of Python libraries, frameworks (e.g. Pytest), and best coding practices.
Experience leading or coordinating multi-location or multi-team projects.
Experience in the Test framework development for embedded systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
