Job Summary

Seeking a Duck Creek Full Suite Solution Architect with strong leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of Duck Creek. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment working within an offshore onshore model. This is a work-from-home position with travel requirements that vary based on account needs. The role involves overseeing solutions for large-scale implementations

Responsibilities

Over 15 years of experience in Duck Creek implementation and solution design covering Policy Producer Policy Holder Billing and Clarity


Expertise in OnPrem and DCOD implementation data migration and upgrades


Skilled in interpreting and translating client requirements into Duck Creek solutions acting as a technical advisor to clients


Collaborate with sales teams delivery partners clients and internal stakeholders to define solutions that support business needs


Create Duck Creek configuration-based solution documentation including design specifications and architecture diagrams covering integrations with legacy systems third-party applications and cloud platforms. Identified opportunities for process and system improvements.


Experience in commercial and personal line implementation including DCT templates implementation.


Conduct architectural reviews and ensure code quality.


Provide guidance to functional technical and quality teams on Duck Creek implementations for faster cheaper and low-risk implementation.


Up to date with latest Duck Creek architecture changes like PAD DCOD standards AMIs Anywhere APIs etc.


Anchor RFPs and proactive proposals including solution estimation implementation model and presentations to prospective clients.


Develop reusable Duck Creek solution collaterals and points of view to improve client mindshare.


Define estimates and support inception and implementation plan creation for program managers.


Collaborated with program business analysts product owners technical and quality analysts on Duck Creek implementations for faster cheaper and low-risk implementation.


Create production implementation checklists and lead implementation activities.


Lead Duck Creek Delivery Assurance technical review activities.


Lead Duck Creek onboarding and phase gate checkpoint activities.


Lead performance tracking environment planning performance analysis and optimization and DCT coordination.


Coordinate with the Duck Creek OnDemand team for SNOW tickets environmental issues base defects product enhancements and provided workarounds.


Develop architecture strategies and roadmaps and presentation to client Architects


Lead Cognizant Duck Creek CoE activities including tools and accelerators creation solution playbook points of view and reusable assets.
