Responsibilities

Manage a team of software engineers delivering high-quality CRM solutions. Define architecture for scalable, secure CRM systems and AI integration. Establish best practices for performance, reliability, and compliance. Lead AI Innovation into the CRM system. Oversee the integration with AI-powered insights and alerts. Leverage ML model integration for personalization and predictive analytics. Enable efficient sales workflows powered by AI and agentic solutions. Manage execution, prioritize resources, and align with business goals. Collaborate with senior leaders to shape product vision and technical investments.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience.
5+ years in leadership roles. Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Expertise in C#, Java, or Python and cloud technologies (Azure preferred). Solid architectural skills for distributed systems.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check

: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
+ OR equivalent experience.
Experience with CRM platforms and customer data models. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise integration patterns. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
