QUALIFICATIONS:

?a,A Excellent programming skills in Java
?a,A Excellent Algorithm and problem-solving skills
?a,A Experience with Tomcat or other application servers
?a,A Proven ability to architect and operate large-scale systems
?a,A SOA/Microservices implementation experience
?a,A Excellent in Design principles and patterns
?a,A Advocate of Agile Engineering practices
?a,A Good knowledge of Clean code and refactoring
?a,A Good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
?a,A Experience with SQL, NoSQL(Redis, Couchbase, Mongo) Databases
?a,A Experience in SOAP/REST Web Services, JMS technologies, Kafka
?a,A Experience in JUnit/TestNG/Mockito and other Unit Testing frameworks
?a,A Experience in monitoring and improving the performance of applications
?a,A Experience in delivering software via a complete (CI/CD) pipeline
?a,A Experience with Spring core Spring boot and MVC framework
?a,A Experience in cloud computing AWS, Azure, and GCP
?a,A Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?a,A Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously

Duties/responsibilities:
aa,A Works independently designing and developing complex new software products or major enhancements to existing software
aa,A Participates in cross-team architecture design sessions
aa,A Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects and technologies
aa,A May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
aa,A Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
aa,A Promotes best coding practices and software development standards
aa,A Supports Dev Team in the estimation process
aa,A Designs and builds prototype applications
aa,A Researches best practices, new tools, and technology.
aa,A Act as an example by being the person who most closely follows the principles and practices we have committed to
aa,A Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them
aa,A Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
aa,A Commitment to achieving projects goals and orientation to improve quality
aa,A May assist in the development of software technical documentation
