Main Responsibilities:

• Technically lead a team of software/data engineers and QA\xe2\x80\x99s to develop high-quality web applications from scratch
• Perform fullstack web development using .NET Core (C#) and React.js (Typescript/Javascript) and other technologies to build scalable web applications
• Aid architects to design and develop cloud architecture (Microservices) to ensure that patterns for scalability, maintainability and performance are developed
• Be independent and not rely on senior-level engineers to implement product requirements
• Naturally produce high-quality code that inspires other engineers to enhance their code
• Seeks out ways to help other engineers succeed and grow
• Ensure that assigned user stories (requirements) have sufficient detail to be implemented properly
• Ensure that you have sufficient understanding of user stories to provide reliable estimates
• Care deeply about the mission of preparedness and being ready to go
• Proactively seek learning opportunities to enhance skill sets and career growth
• Work with the project manager as needed to build requirements and understanding of software features
• Perform peer code reviews to ensure that code standards and proper architectural patterns are followed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located in India
• Candidate must have a notice period of 45 days or less OR can join in less than 45 days (If your company allows for a buyout of your notice period, Tech9 will buy out the respective amount)
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• 8+ years of hands-on experience using .NET frameworks (4+ minimum with .NET Core)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using React.js
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud technologies like AWS/Azure
• Demonstrated experience using relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, NoSQL, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written English capabilities
• Availability to work some hours of US timing (nothing too drastic. 8:00-9:00pm IST is the norm)

Please note that this is what we expect the process to look like; we may ask you for supplemental information or require an additional step before making a final decision. * 30-minute screening with a member of our Recruitment team

• 1-hour google meet/Zoom technical interview with one of our principal engineers
• 1- hour google meet/Zoom final technical interview with one of our senior architects
• 30-minute managerial interview with a member of our engineering management team
• *Add other rounds if necessary
