Skill Set Required:

5-7 years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on building ML systems. Advanced programming skills in Python; working knowledge of Java, Scala, or C++ for backend services. Proficiency with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Experience deploying ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using tools like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks. Strong grasp of distributed systems, CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker/K8s), and serving frameworks. Deep understanding of algorithms, system design, and data pipelines. Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) and feature stores. Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or multimodal AI. Experience with real-time data and streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming). Exposure to governance/compliance in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance). *
Published research, patents, or contributions to open-source ML tools is a strong plus
