Essential Job Functions:

• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software according to Client's system quality standards, policies, and procedures
• Analyzes business needs and develops appropriate software solutions
• Prepares and maintains design documentation
• Prepares test data for:

• Unit testing
• String testing
• Parallel testing
• Evaluates and recommends software and hardware solutions to meet user needs
• Resolves customer issues using software solutions and responds to enhancement requests
• Collaborates with business and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure testability
• Drafts, revises, and maintains:

• Test plans
• Test cases
• Automated test scripts
• Executes test procedures according to software requirement specifications
• Logs defects and provides recommendations for defect resolution
• Retests software fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Documents the evolution of testing procedures for future replication
• May conduct performance and scalability testing

Project & Leadership Responsibilities
Plans, conducts, and leads assignments involving:

• Moderate to high-budget projects
• Multiple concurrent projects
• Manages user expectations regarding milestones and delivery timelines
• Assists in training, assigning work to, and reviewing the output of less experienced developers
• Acts as a technical consultant to IT leadership and functional user groups
• Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more programming specialties
• Performs effort estimation on complex projects and tracks progress
• Works on high-complexity problems requiring in-depth analysis of multiple factors
• Documents, evaluates, and researches test results
• Identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to enhance quality assurance strategie

Qualifications:

• Total Exp: 8-12 years
• Rel Exp: 8+ years
• 8+ years of experience in UI Automation
• Proficient in C#, Typescript/JavaScript, Playwright and Selenium
• ECommerce domain experience is preferred
