Using the most promising and practical ideas, combined with the experience and expertise of people from the healthcare industry, we are creating experiences that work for care facilities, and their patientsand move us ahead on our mission of \'Health for a better world \' What will you be responsible for As an Ideal candidate, you wouldbe recommending adjustments to resolve software issues, improve the functionality of existing software, and solve complex technical challenges while delivering outstanding software products focused on incredible customer experiences.In addition, you would: Lead and manage developing products to redefine health care. Design, build, and deploy applications to support our technology lifecycle, servicedelivery management,data, and business intelligencedivisions. Build internal solutions, with custom front ends (web, mobile) and backend services that automate businessprocesses. Maintain development practices, writing clean,modular,and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality andpredictability. Work with productmanagers and analysts to create/lead the design and development of tools to support the transition to end-stateapplications. Contribute to improving the engineering process, pre-empt risks, and define & execute contingencyplans. Consistently demonstrate a sense of accountability for the quality and completeness of entire solutions/services and resulting caregiver experience Who are we looking for 12-14yearsexperiencedelivering robust web-based products/ applications, usingMicrosoft tech stack including C#, ASP.NET MVC, WEBAPI,.NETCORE, SQL SERVER, SQL AZURE Hands-on experience in Angular/React JS,Node JS, and Vu JS ishighlydesirable. The candidate must be hands-on results/delivery-oriented professional with a proven abilitytoincubatehigh-caliber engineeringteams. Healthcare provider domain experience with a minimum of 7years in agile delivery Experience in Azurewith CICD, containers,SQL,and NoSQL and serverless computemicroserviceand micro-frontendarchitecture publishes/subscribe distributed processingknowledge. product development life cycle (spec definition to release)building DevOps pipelines Experience in designing and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable webarchitecture. Ability to clearly communicate ideas by adopting tools and techniquesappropriate tothe audience and nature of technicalinformation. Effective communicationand cross-group collaboration skills, with experience working with geographically distributed teams across organizational boundaries. Working knowledge of IoT, ML, AIis highly desirable
