Mission of the Role

:

Analog and Digital tuner software development for IVI/CDC products

Key Objectives of this Role:

Design & Implementation of Tuner component in Android HAL layer (C++) Design & Implementation of Android Framework and Application (Java) Design & Implementation of Tuner Driver Library -AMFM/DAB/SDARS/HD (C ++)

Key Performance Indicators:

Implementation of features in modular fashion, Unit testing the development Perform structured root-cause analysis on tuner defects and implement targeted fixes.

Key Year One Deliverables:

Test driven development - Implementation of feature/features understanding the requirements and perform end to end testing of feature/features.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Master's / bachelor's degree in computer/ Electronics Engineering. 3-12 years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment. Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders. Good in coding C++/Java RTOS & OS (Linux/Android) experience Embedded Hardware understanding, datasheet, schematics Worked on any one of tuner technologies AMFM/DAB/SDARS/DRM/IBOC Exposure to RF tools like signal generators, Audio precision analyzer Experience of GIT Experience in Design tools like Rhapsody/Visio

Reporting Structure:

Candidate would report to Software Project Manager who has experience in tuner technologies, Android tuner development, multiple program delivery.
