Principal Security Architect - Document Protection & DRM
We're modernizing a legacy
Adobe LiveCycle ES4
PDF DRM platform that secures documents across our high-security VDR. This role owns the architecture and migration strategy to a modern, scalable document protection solution while maintaining backward compatibility.
Technical Skills:
Deep PDF security expertise (PDF encryption standards, DRM, watermarking, document protection mechanisms)
Strong Java/JVM background to architect the migration path from current Adobe Component plugins (Java) legacy component
Enterprise security architecture (SSO/SAML/OAuth2/OIDC, encryption at rest/in transit, PKI, certificate management)
Document processing pipelines and high-volume document manipulation experience
Architected authentication/authorization systems for enterprise applications
Cloud infrastructure expertise (AWS preferred)
Key Experience Areas:
Ruby/Rails proficiency for seamless integration with existing application and microservices (strong plus)
Built or maintained DRM protection systems or components (strong plus)
Prior experience with Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Experience Manager Document Security, or similar enterprise document management platforms (strong plus)
Led legacy system modernization projects
