KV Institute of Management and Information Studies is seeking a competent and well-organized
Principal Secretary
to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Principal. The role involves academic coordination, official communication, and confidential administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the MBA institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide complete secretarial and administrative support to the Principal.
Manage the Principal's schedule, appointments, meetings, and official correspondence.
Draft, type, and maintain academic and administrative letters, circulars, notices, and reports.
Coordinate with MBA faculty, departments, university authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain academic records, files, minutes of meetings, and confidential documents.
Prepare agendas and record minutes for Academic Council, IQAC, and other committee meetings.
Assist during accreditation processes (NAAC / AICTE), inspections, and audits.
Handle communication with students, faculty, and external stakeholders professionally.
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and academic timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
Prior experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (educational institution preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
