Job Responsibilities

• Understanding the project requirements from collaborators & key stakeholders
• Responsible for smoother operation of NMR instruments, shift planning and execution to achieve benchmark productivity month on month basis
• Proactively identifying bottlenecks & communicating viable solutions along with insights to collaborators
• Responsible for NMR troubleshooting and calibration, coordinating with vendors/ technicians
• Ready to work within a team & lead a team of motivated young scientists
• Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring team

Job Requirements

• 8-10 years of analytical experience working in CRO/API industry
• Sound knowledge of various NMR analysis' experiment set-ups
• Expertise in handling characterization of organic compounds with advanced NMR techniques
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments
• Must possess a great deal of integrity to maintain confidentiality
• Fluent oral and written (English) communication skills
