PRINCIPAL-School of Scholars Dhamangaon. The Candidate should have at-least 5 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal.. A strong desire to redefine team building standards and build tomorrow\'s leaders.Strong communication skills. KRA List 1, providing timely feedback to the coordinators in terms of scope of improvement. 2, preparing strategic planning & presenting MIS to management. 3, Responsible for supervision and general discipline of school. 4, monitoring the registers maintained by the coordinators. 5, Taking charge of academic and admin activities. 6, interacting with parents when required. 7, coordinating with the admin team for organizing events/ programs etc. 8,Be accountable for persistent low academic performances in S.S.C and H.S.C examinations Job Type: Full-time Salary: 965,000.00 - 975,000.00 per month Benefits:
