What we do
The Agribusiness & Manufacturing Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.
What will you do

• Lead or participate in SAP ABAP development projects, including end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC)
• Analyze complex business requirements and transform them into robust technical solutions using ABAP programming, including RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development
• Develop, test, and implement ABAP solutions utilizing modern techniques such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs ABAP), RAP (Restful ABAP Programming), and OData services
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business needs
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and test cases
• Support SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end
• Engage in system integration activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and status reporting to management and stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
• Strong expertise in ABAP programming, OOPs ABAP, and RICEFW development
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS, OData, and integration technologies
• Solid understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) and cross-functional business processes

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to mentor and lead technical teams, manage multiple deliverables, and work in global delivery models

• BRF+ is added advantage (good to have)
