to lead our school in Samastipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strong academic leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, managing staff effectively, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning. Provide leadership to teachers and staff to promote excellence in education. Develop and implement effective academic programs and co-curricular activities. Monitor and evaluate teaching standards and student performance. Ensure adherence to school policies, curriculum, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain a healthy school culture based on discipline, respect, and collaboration. Manage budgets, resources, and school infrastructure efficiently. Communicate effectively with parents, management, and the local community. Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for faculty and staff. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of school management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Education (

B.Ed

) -

M.Ed

or equivalent qualification preferred. 5-10 years of relevant experience in teaching and school leadership roles. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and guide staff and students toward excellence. Sound knowledge of academic regulations and modern educational practices. Leadership with empathy, integrity, and a student-centric mindset.
