Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our school in Samastipur, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for academic and administrative leadership, ensuring high standards of teaching, discipline, and student development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in school management, and the ability to foster a positive, student-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall academic and administrative leadership of the school. Develop and implement educational policies, curriculum planning, and teaching standards. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Ensure adherence to educational boards' guidelines and compliance with regulations. Drive student performance, discipline, and holistic development. Establish and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders. Oversee school finances, budgets, and resource allocation. Organize events, workshops, and professional development programs for staff. Promote a safe, inclusive, and innovative school culture.
