Principal

visionary leader with proven boarding school experience

who can inspire and manage a team of dedicated professionals and help shape the holistic development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong academic and administrative leadership with a focus on

boarding school systems and student life

. Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and residential care. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve academic outcomes and overall student well-being. Ensure effective management of

hostels, pastoral care, student discipline, and safety protocols

. Foster a positive residential school culture that promotes respect, discipline, character-building, and independence. Oversee school operations, including curriculum planning, staff recruitment, hostel administration, and financial management. Coordinate closely with

house parents, wardens, and residential staff

. Engage with parents, students, and the wider community to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Education or a related field (

Ph.D. preferred

). Minimum

10 years of teaching experience

, with at least

5 years in a senior leadership role

.

Mandatory experience in a residential / boarding school environment

, including hostel management. Strong understanding of

student welfare, pastoral care, and residential life management

. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in curriculum development, school administration, and team leadership. Passion for education and a deep commitment to student success and holistic development.
