Principal

Responsibilities:

Provide academic and administrative leadership. Ensure effective implementation of CBSE guidelines and curriculum. Lead teacher development, student discipline, and parent engagement. Monitor academic outcomes and school operations. Promote innovation, value-based education, and school growth.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
