Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Requirements
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Education or related field (mandatory).
B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per board norms).
Minimum 8-12 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/administrative role.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to inspire teachers, staff, and students towards excellence.
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and school management systems.
Preferred Skills:
Visionary leadership with problem-solving ability.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance academics with extracurricular and co-curricular development.
